I very rarely click on any kind of ad. You need something to really draw people in, and frankly "play now" is just another generic game advertising slogan.
What brought me in the game was that it was literally a mmo in my pocket. capitalizing on info like that is how to draw in real people.

Suggestion to devs: You should put MMORPG or MMO on the ads, a lot of people are attracted to that stuff ;D

I first installed PL because I was playing another game on tapjoy and downloading PL got me some free gold. So I ran the app and thought "hey this is quite cool might give it a go"
Several months later... I'm still here :)
