Game crashes

I am using IOS, the game has been crashing when zoning to and from regular and elite maps. This has happened three times. :hopelessness:

In android users too! I kept getting dc if ima join a room or going to another map.happened several times already even before update.

The game constantly crashes when I go to menu -> quit as I am trying to switch to an alt on the same account. Happens on Chrome and Android for me. Same thing happens warping from zone to zone sometimes.

Happened 7 times dc dc after update

Chrome freezes very frequently for me. Very irritating when it happens every 5 minutes.

I experienced after last (gem/jewel mania) update:
Using chrome load stops in this point:135803

then .. CONNECTION LOST

Android: If I finally enter the game (takes much more time than usual)
during map change or character change ping goes up to 45000...
Sometimes DC, sometimes it goes on, but generally unplayable.

On one of my devices (android phone) I haven't played in the last days:
(gem/jewel mania) update is performing ... like a rheumatic snail.

My connection is 20M/1M with 17ms ping (last mile):135804

This is still going on. Klaas button and Exit to Menu button are the worst offenders

Unfortunately, STS doesn't like to fix crashes...
