Planar Arena - Replace Reinforced Gems please!

Reinforced Gems got taken out of the loottable and without any replacement.
We need some relevant replacement to keep the Arena attractive.
I suggest to add Damaged Jewels to the lootable.

It's fine as it is now. It's the only reliabel source of vials. Added more stuff to the loot table would upset that.
