Questions about the upcoming ursoth event

1) Will lvl 46 new mythic weapons be released?

2) Will this update change the items (tiki stuff from last expansion) to items from this expansion?

3) The vanitys that were shown to us in the preview, will they be obtainable through ren'gol crates? Event tokens? Or only available to players who make it to the LB.
