I saw posts about Green Ice staff, bow, and sword. All I want to know is where do you get these Green Ice weapons and are they extremely rare drops like the level 25 Vyx helm? All answers are welcome!

You get them from a boss called "Fridge".
Fridge can be found under the grate located in the Lost Expedition town, behind Ryom's Shoppe.
He's a pretty hard boss, so it wouldn't be wise to fight him until your strong enough and with a group.

Yes they are a very rare drop.
