Can i go back to lvl23? Im 30 now

Who knows how can i go back to lvl23?
I saw other players that experience high level and decrease their levels. Please help me i want to go back to lvl23

Send an email to the Devs. But i think they can only decrease it by 1 so.... You can only be Lvl 29....
