Friendlist/Guildlist buggy?

Hey i see some of my guildies on my friendlist online but not on the guildlist. When i try to write them "Character not found". So i think its a lil buggy. I have this issue on Android and Chrome. Restart or logout and login doesnt help. I tried it a few times.. I got this issue since the last server restart

This has been happening for about a year now. It's infrequent which is likely why it hasn't been tracked down yet.
