look for the NPC Seer Hox at Kraag City (opposite Tavern) or Expedition Camp (near entrance towards Wilds).

Tip. If you're considering playing arena, and join a random party (pug) , for the courtesy to everyone, please make sure you have decent gear, and ANKHS. Ankhs is a must, just to be fair to others :) good luck, happy farming.
