Need help: stat points

Hello,

I just need some infos on stat system. I dont know if theres a guide to it, im too lazy to scroll down the entire guide list.

Anyways, my concerns are:

How many damage does each dex gives? (Basically 4 dex; normal fire gem on lvl 43)
How many hp does each dex gives?
