Nekro hands down.
Greats stats, stun immunity (great for Pvp and new Ren'gol maps), shield does work (40% Dmg reduction(!)), speed boost on AA that's suprisingly useful, plus in PVE it has a small but decent chance to banish which is a nice perk :)
