its like a special mob with a name on its hp bar, i forgot the names but one of them spawn in rockhorn (the place full of golden lizards).

il'loran is the the scorn-like mini boss midway in rockhorn that can drop a tooth. it is a very rare spawn however. there are two other potential mini bosses (hisoth, snake boss, end of first side path; berlu, welp boss, part way down second side path) but not sure if they can drop a tooth as well.
