Mail box like if u wanna send a pm to someone who is offline.example; if u wanna buy somones item in cs but they are offline so u could send them an offer with yur ign attached.would be cool to have tbh.

Yes, but add a gold fee to prevent spammers from overloading LB players or well-known ones.
