View Full Version : new phone = game no work

So I switched my phone to the HTC evo 4g and no matter what the game does not recognize anything, I try to use unregistered but my charcters are gone, I try to use registered user (even though old phone never had me do it as trial account) and it does not recognize my email I have setup on phone the same email I used to buy platinum. Any help would be appreciated.

I did try emailing support but apparently they are on break :(

Well all you can do is wait for them to email you. Or wait for other players feedback who actually HAVE android xD Im iphone.. :P

Unregistered/trial accounts are tied to the device, so if you want to be able to switch to a different device, you need to register. If you still have the old device, you can log in with it, register, and then use the registered account from the new device.

No I do not have the device Sprint has the device. There has to be a way to recover my 2 toons. I thought it registered when I bought some platiunum to unlock a few dungeons. Not like I had a choice when phone went crapola

I had the same problem with my iPhone. A friend had introduced me to the game, which I downloaded from the App Store, so I wasn't familiar with the registration process. The battery needed servicing, so I had backed up the iPhone, took it to my local Apple Store and they traded it in for a new one. After restoring my iPhone to its previous state from its backup, Pocket Legends doesn't let me play my previous character, it prompts me to create a new character. When I try to create a new character with the same name, it won't let me as it says the character already exists.

The character still exists. I believe once the trial period is over? 14 days I think? The account will be deleted.

No, it isn't. They highly recommended you registered your account... Lol.

If they don't get my character back I will get the platinum charges reversed, then they can pay the $20 reversal fee along with having the money taken from them.

So how exact long does support take to answer? we are on day 4 now. Not good showing for support of this game if this is how they act.
