I also play with the game sounds off and either have the TV on or music. They are good to listen to though you can hear procs and such.

You should try pvp with headphone on. You can see someone charging from a mile away on the left ear piece of the right ear piece base on which side the enemy is coming from. It's insane lol.

you guys should check out the Turkish music in corridor and rockhorn and the haunting, foreboding music in caves--it's very well done.
