1) buy a 25% luck elixer from cs. If you can't afford em hopefully get luck and get one from shaz or klaas.
2) farm km3 and sell all locked tell you make enough

luck elixir from klaas/ shazbot gives me more lock drop. Idk , maybe it's only me.

Its happening to me too O.o if i farm locks with my luck lixes only i get 1-2 or sometimes 3 but with klaas elix i always get 3-5 locks.

In my case, I get more locks with lepre than with Klaas's 1 hr combo elixir.
