Native X broken interface

So I've checked this out on a few of my other devices (all running above or on ios 7) and they seem to all be coming up with this type of broken mobile like interface that along with not working doesn't seem to have a any way of changing it back on native x.

I haven't seen any post or announcements about this change so is it a bug? I've already deinstalled & reinstalled pocket legends to see if it's just my app/apps but no it's not that, seeing how it's still showing the same interface.

Feed back on this from a dev or even a admin would be great
