Need of desperate help

My date of return to al is getting closer..im getting mad...but before i return,i really need an experienced person's advice nd answers to some questions im currently lv 41
Here r the questions...plz feel free to reply what u think :
On first day,should I lv up?
Or should I farms locks?
Or should I do both at a suitable place?
If think yes to 1st one...where should I lv up?
If u think yes to 2nd one then where should I farm em and why not lv up?
If yes to 3rd,then plz need reply at what place should I do it?
What damage should I have when I lv up to 46(my current damage : 468)?
When will ursoth assault arrive?(the most important as I'll need locks to craft special event crates and a plenty of time to farm rengol locks for it)
Plz help me
Cause I'm kind of new to expansion.
Also I'll be happy if smone describes me the system of jewels

Honestly, you should reach 46 lvl first. Do a wt4 for fast lvling. When u get bored, do a little km3 ( farm locks) or run a little new maps ( farm jewels and other things).
Reason why i suggest is do a fast lvling is cuz only lvl 46 gets daily orc quest from where u can buy chests that contain stuff for new gear, pets etc.. plus elite maps will probably be hard. Max ur toon, but dont buy expensive stuff. Cuz we dont know what ursoth will bring... save ur money...
Idk about dmg tho..

And. Jewels. Most important is that they are replaceable. You can put it in gear and then remove it. And place it in other. Its not like gems.
Have lot of jewels that add idk dex, damage, crit.. etc.
They drop in specific maps. I think there is a thread about their drops.
And it takes a lot of time to do noble gems.. you collect and collect

I will lv up at kt4 i dobt believe in wt4 anymore :)
