Quest will not complete. I have completed all requirements for the quest and triple checked that I do have all 13 vanity helms. NO matter how many times I reset or restart the quest it will not correct itself. Thanks!

did you actually talk to the chick? the arrow will not turn golden, but will be completable anyways.

Indeed I did. I had the ears done by day 2 of the event, and I've picked apart the forums looking for similar problems. I haven't found anything like it though.
