Whenever my friends and I are looting for lvl 51 and 53 items and we need only lvl 51s or lvl 53s then a lvl 55 joins and we don't want to boot that person cause nobody likes to be booted so this just helps with looting groups. I know it doesn't make sense right now but think about more and it will.
