Yes it still drops from there but droprate is like 0.0000000000000000000000000000000009%

I'm surprised this thread isn't named "How to get rid of Kershal Sceptre?" but yes, it does drop from elite golden puzzles too.

"SUPPOSEDLY" This has been confirmed since before S5's release...search on forums, in "Announcements" or "Guides" sections and you'd find any answer you need.
