Bjorn: Mighty warrior/craaaazy old man

OK so in Bjorn's story he allows the Ogurm, guardian of hel, to live in his body and hunt down the enemies who escaped. Since Ogurm inhabits his body, can Bjorn like speak to it? I mean who could mentally just communicate but what if Bjorn talked out loud and would leave people around him wondering 'who's he talking to?"

So imagine Bjorn walked into a tavern in some faraway land and as he drinks he starts talking Ogurm, loudly without realizing leaving others mystified and saying things like "He had too much to drink." "That old man's crazy." "Isn't he too old for an imaginary friend".

Also, On a serious note, I believe they share body, which would mean the connection is in such a way that Ogurm Is in Bjorns body, hence he is in Bjorns brain, and they should be able to communicate inside his head, but who knows ^^
