Ok, so when you buy plat, the money comes from your iTunes acc. When you get the giftcard, it's like depositing 15$ into your iTunes acc.

the lower lvls can be smarter there are people in the lower lvls that are really good or have been around longer than everyone lvl doesnt matter unless a extremly low lvl joins your game which he has no business joining.
