Since the merger (a few minutes ago), my characters from Fnord can no longer send or receive PMs. Please fix.

PM doesn't work for char with fnord in their name.

So it seems renaming your character fixes the PM issue.

Yes, we intended for you to rename your character. Fnord characters get a free rename.

Where is my free rename? I see the option to buy a rename for 50p... will it just not charge me?

Not all Fnord Characters get a free rename, only ones with names that conflicted with characters on Alterra's server before the merge have a free name change. For example if i had a character called Tullen666 on Alterra and Fnord, after the merge I would have Tullen666 and Tullen666-Fnord... Tullen666-Fnord would qualify for the name change. If you character does not have -Fnord in its name i do belive it doesnt require a name change therefore isnt a free name change available.

Yes, that's what I mean, two of my characters' names now end in -FNORD. For each of them, when I log in, all I see is the option to rename them for 50p. So my question remains, will I in fact not be charged even though the button says 50p? Or is there some other way that I am supposed to be doing the free rename? The UI says 50p, but you won't be charged if your name ends in -Fnord.

It still says "50p" but it doesn't charge you.

I am unable to change my character name on one of my toons. Karlhungus-FNORD. Every time I try to change the name it's not allowing me to edit. I was able to start modifying another toon with -FNORD, but the name was taken so I left it for now. Any advice on changing Karlhungus-FNORD?

I can't accept friend requests from people who still have "-fnord" names. I accept, but the name just reappears in pending a second later.

Karlhungus - You can do select-all, cut on the text to get around the problem - the name is too long for the field so it behaves oddly.

Royce - Friend requests with -fnordisms should be fixed in this afternoon's update.

Playing on a 2G ipod touch over a good wifi connection and my ping is almost always good. Ever since the 1.2 update/merge i am having alot of problems with it being choppy during fights. It gets slightly better if i zoom in. To me it seems to only be a problem when there is a lot of movement on screen because when i am not around a bunch of enemies it is real smooth. But during fights my character jumps around and the attack, skill and pot buttons are slow to respond. Everything does work it is just very slow and this makes it hard to be as effective as i should be. Has anyone else run into this problem. It is ruining this game for me and that sux because i love it ive had it about a month now and i couldn't stop playing before these problems started now I play for about five mins and i can't stand the glitches so i quit. Should I delete my game and reload it. Will doing that delete my characters and make me have to purchase my expansions again. I will greatly appreciate any ideas or answers you guys and gals can give me please hurry though it is killing me not being able to enjoy this game like i used to.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this ? But I have friends that I know are online and my friends list shows them offline. We can't seem to get into the same place so we can go lvl together...how do we fix this? They show alterra with a population of 300 and I show alterra with a pop of 100.

You need to go to App Store and update to new Pocket Legends 1.2.1
