Abandoning quests??

Yes, you can go back to the same NPC and accept the quest after you have abandoned it.

However, it resets the quest, but if you need to after certain non-repeatable targets, you need to ask the npc.to reserlt the quest.

Ya like said above there will be no problem with abandoning a quest. Sometimes a quest just won't work, usually a bug if so, or you want to do another quest and don't have enough quest space. So just abandon it then go back to the NPC to get it back.
