Talon and wing if you want to live (IE on trash mobs) and Bow if you want to kill something fast (IE on bosses)

It completely depends on his class, and level. If he's a dex-mage he would want to use a talon + wing shield for more m/s. But if he's a bow-bear, he would probably want to use a bow because of the smaller need for m/s and higher base damage. If he's an archer, it depends on the equipment available at his level.

And it depends on use ! Talon is better for pvp , bow for pve

Um, no. Other way around ;) But it also depends on your play style. At level 55 you'll find that theres a mixture of autobows and talons for PvE and recurves for PvP. Although a lot of people like recurves for the boss's.

I use both depending on the situation. Through experience you should be able to get a good feel for when you need the extra defense and when you don't.

Extra armor is always good.

Btw where did the preset button go? I rly loved switching my gear with it :(

Look in the lower left portion of your equipment screen.

At 51 I used Sunblessed Void set (bow) when in team, Cyber Void Talon + Wing when soloing maps or doing hardest bosses (running BS).

good advise, IMO a good player should always have a few different loadouts for different situations. Example:1 pure damage, 2 full defense (shield, talon), 3 hs/ms set, 4 a neutral set half dmg half defense. Just some examples and just my opinion
