So my question is.. is this 1 time consume item where i have to spend 3 energys for 1 portal or will this unicorn food remain on all portals i step in?

I bet the altars was a bug and it should have been consumed. It would be great it wasn't so all the ftp players can actually do something in the event besides standing around waiting.

if that's the case tradeable energy kits each and every time and consumable recipe (worth 200tokens btw)?!!! Pretty steep don't you think? :P

would be better if the recipe isn't consumable and farmable energy can be used to craft it as well. As a casual platter, I'd like to reserve my plats to open the elon locks tyvm!

the recipe itself is not consumed, just the unicorn food

The recipe it self is not consumed. Basically it allows you, upon finding a portal, to open /enter the portal using energy and unicorn food. Each time you enter the portal it will take 3 enerykits and 5 unicorn food ( I believe it's 5 on the food, but certain of the 3 energy kits) either way. The recipe will remain yours and in your inventory.

In the long run id say its not worth it to create the unicorn food because...

It is not guaranteed to get you the highest tier boss, bloodgrub. You could still get helena or even the tier 1 boss too, which makes no sense.

Get the most out of each food.

Look for portal with a full party or be on a map that doesn't lock.

When you find a portal disband party and each person invites at least one person from outside map.

Open portal and each will enter into their own map. New party members can join once inside.

You can get up to 16 people per unicorn food this way.
