Ursoth Belts

Am I the only one that reads in the original post "Belts that you can add to your collection" from vendor?

Yesterday I checked vendor, no belts. I checked the CS for belts <40, none.

So, was this a joke or is there a way to get scaled belts for twinks?

They are in the ursoth city sold by the entrance to the maps. They are called sashes and sell for 500 tokens

Only level 46 belts I think. Their stats arent too far off of mythic belts but couldve been legendary stats and closer.
