In Towne go to where the paths for the second half of the camp. Is, and an npc will be at one of the corners selling it for 5 plat ea. Not 1. They're vanities that provide no stats

You have to complete the Foreman's five quests first to kill each of the bosses. Then the Trader mentioned above will sell the vanity helm for 5 plat.

Okay do the formans quest first then go to the right of Krystal there is a guy called traders Hearst talk to him and take his quest (kills 50 evil guys with totem heads) then go return to him complete the quest then speak to him agian say take me I shop and buy the hat for 5 plat.

Any difficulties add me in game on my bird royalranger

Actually you can buy the helm after completing Foreman's five quests, no need to take Trader Hearst's quest. Btw Devs need to fix the look of the helm for Mages. Our head is bald, this always happens lol.
