You said the 2nd part because you know all they do is gang and block. The sad part is whenever i ask them for a 4v5 they dont accept.

Xpyscho, nvm, rose croix, krono?, tactical and Impreza are all guilds in that range ( they aren't all good I just named guilds at that range )

But on second thoughts tactical I think is 16-18 but you'd have ask ask

I mean, tactical accepts 15s but we dont really have any. Tactical, Exilez are more 17-18. Impreza is pretty much dead atm.

So your best options are probably nvm, rose croix, xpsycho, birador, and the best lvl 16 guild atm "lvl 16 and pregnant"
