Where is the aunt ema vanity!

I've been looking for it for so long, I can't find the quest to get it. People say it's in lost valley but forman stutter doesn't have the quest. Can someone please tell me where it is?

Those quests ( onyx & slayer) won't show up as available until you have completed nearly all the bsm quests and are high enough level.

Edit- the Emma will only be for fox or Mage, on the off chance u didn't know
