I have left the game but now I am back and start have changed the gems into Jewels I have runs wt4 tons and tons of time and I have got 0 blood Essenes so where and how to get fury jewels

Blood essences do not drop anymore. Fury jewels can only be found in Tindirin and above (not sure about Shuyal).

Welcome to the new world. If you want stat jewels you need to be an endgame player. Tindrin and above only. The best part is that water and nature jewels still drop in tindrin so that's fun. Rengol maps also drop chaos jewels.
