Is the Jewel Theif's Swampy Shiv Level 33, Discontinued?

I had one a few months ago as in like 4... I remember I got it my first few runs after soooooo long of not farming the swamps. Idk if it is gone now. I should still have it somewhere.. If not then I sold it.
