Bow proc

The new bow's of ren'gol had the proc when they were released but it was removed later considering it as an unintended proc.
So, is it permanently removed or will they get back new proc with some other effects?

No proc xD, the bow has huge dmg advantage already

The damage is not as great as it seems. It's like the arcane maul. A whole lot of fake damage.

The damage seems ok but i guess just a proc needs to be added.

None of the crate bows till date have a proc, it was a bug.
