It doesn't matter if you had permission or not. Going on somebody's account, even if it is a family member is bannable. Email support(at)spacetimestudios.com replacing that (at) with an @, next time you want to discuss bans. Discussing bans on forums is not permitted.

Depends if you were on the users device or not. Either way it isn't allowed, but if you were on his device it should be another reason as to why you/he got banned. Email support as said above.
