Helmet's not visible on my warrior

today i hit level 50 and got a new helm i tried to equip it since it looked cooler then my vanity items (i took off the vanity) and i realized that when i equip it it doesnt show up on my character, instead it shows as there is no helm equipped at all. idk if its a bug or not please explain thanks in advance

Go into your game options. You may have the "hide hat" option checked.
