Free offers not awarding plat?

I did the Game of War - Reach level 5 Stronghold one and the Summoner's War - Complete the tutorial and didn't get platinum for either of them? This a bug? It's been ~30 minutes since completing. Or is it on NativeX's side?

I've done both offers before and have fully completed them, but did not get my reward. Not sure if it's a bug or something else.

Happened to me too. I mailed them with a complaint twice and they did not credit me. NativeX must not like to pay (>.<)

Happened to me a few times .-.
Pretty annoying, yet some of the offers do work.

A few offers don't work for me, I just keep the app downloaded for a day or two and usually the plat will be awarded.. but sometimes that doesnt work. It's too much work for me to email them every time I dont recieve the plat, especially since it happens quite often, so i dont.

Must want us to buy plat
