imo, not really because jewels are green items (Rare-type items). Re-rolling (from what I heard) puts your possible loot at a higher type. (i.e. Purple/Epic)

You can't reroll jewels, but you can actually reroll into vials. It happened to me on a planar tombs run. I was very surprised. My guess is that you can reroll from an ancient planar essence into a vial.

lepre jack pendants, luck elixir kits have nothing to do with anything which don't depend on luck rerolling.

Opening crates, farming teeth, farming jewels, farming vials or anything which don't need a reroll have nothing to do with Luck pendants or luck elixir kits.
So, to answer your question, no lepre or luck elixirs don't increase the jewel drop rate.

Reroll does not increase your chances of getting a vial in arena chests. (Loot inside of chests doesn't reroll.)

However, you can reroll into a vial in planar tombs, when it is dropped from mobs. I've had it happen.

Iam not really sure about that. I have never rerolled a vial in tombs tho. I maybe am wrong but I don't know. Thanks for pointing out tho

I was stunned when it happened. But it did happen. My screen said reroll, and it was the only item to pick up. I brought this up on the forums before, and others said they also had it happen. I can't confirm what it rerolled from, but I suspect ancient planar essence.

Great mate. I think I'll farm tombs with luck elixir on from now on :D
