There are a lot of people around u who have the necessary items but do not know how to craft a nekro out of it.so pls provide the necessary information which u know to the world.mention about the recipe and where we can get it and how.

And many of them are auto levelers that have no clue how ro play the game. Explore and you will eventually stumble upon the quest for the parchments for the recipe. Hint: the quest is somewhere in shuyal

10 vials + arcane fossil + recipe for 50k

EDIT: Didn't read properly lol ^_^

Go to Norman near auction in kelys, accept the elite arcane parchment quest, which you have to get them from elite rendtail, inan, and the boss from tarewa. Have to kill multiple times cause its not a guaranteed drop. After that you turn in the quest, buy the nekro recipe for 50k gold and craft it using the ingrediants listed up there. :)

See Norman in Kelys. He will give the quest to collect 3 parchments. These drop from elite Inan Hesh (last Shuyal elite map), elite Arachna (map 4 elite Tindirin) and elite Rendtail (elite Tindirin 5). You may have to run these maps many times because the parchments are not guaranteed drop. When you have all 3 parchments see Norman again and take the Nekro crafting recipe by paying him 50k gold. You need a fossil and 10 vials of ectoplasm (lootable from Planar Tombs mobs or Planar Arena masterchest) to craft the egg.
