Was just messin around in guildhall when i noticed that my lightning bolts sometimes do this;

What is this? Does it mean that i would have been a critical lightning strike? It only happens with uncharged lightning bolts!

It's been here for a while since the ursoth event ended i think. That's when my friend has been telling me. IDK, seems like some expedition rifle proc is into the Light skill? o.0

Nah, OP stated it sometimes occurs when you use lightning.
If anything, it might be a glitch that shows the range of the lightning bolt skill. Don't take my word for it cause I haven't tried it.

Idk next time it happens I'll have to see. But it goes off in maps every so often.

Odd. This looks like VB's ripples. Or Bubbles about to lift off.
Perhaps related to the added skill perks. If traps make it happen on rogue and lighting on sorc.
