Hi guys!! Im nearly 56 hopefully I will be able to get dingy crown for my mage. One thing that I would to ask is where abouts can I get the recipe for upgrading my dingy crown. It seems that noone is selling in the CS.

When you get to Level 56, speak to the Fallen Prince on BS to get the dingy crown, once you get this you are given a number of quests to complete and once they are all done - the prince transforms the dingy crown into the crown of persistence. So you don't need any recipe as such.
