Nekro =] because nekro is like having an arcane ring that also gives allies an arcane ring for a short time !
The damage reduction on nekro is insane ^.^

Elondrian Rifle:
The armor bonus is OP, the debuffs not to forget the root is good as well. Plus you can sell it off if you dont want it, whereas with nekro once opened, the gold is lost.
Nekro:
Worth paying for, the DMG reduction is OP at higher levels. Good pept for Elites, PvP.

Buy Elon rifle, kershal outdated, too many nekro user, and buy singe or toor for main pet [PVE]

Nekro!! Pets r forever, and ring/gun will be in the past maybe in halloween new weapons but not sure, but if u have an arcane pet u can affoard the ring and have fun ;v
