Icescale or better stats

Ok so I think I've heard before that icescale as a "set" (Helm of Bru, Armor of Bru) gives +10 primary stat? Is that actually true? And if so, does that mean it's better to use

• Icescale set w/ 20str/40int+10 primary

Or

•Other items w/ 22str/44int

Which one is better to use?

This is for a twink mage if not guessed [emoji14]

it depends on the class really..
a lvl 16 nekro rogue already has 1.8k health with ancient set....so with ice set hp will drop like 120 more and the mana aswell
so depends on the class really tbh would u prefer the extra 5-6 damage over the 120-150 hp and mana loss so go ice set
i personally prefer for rogues ancient set but for mages and warriors yes ice set my be the better
