Easy, peasy.
The secret is this.
Use a snow launcher and L.5 Expert Leathers, and a L.10 Plat Pack Helm.
So...
6 Rage
5 Stomp

i know ur a decent pvper from what ive heard at low levels, one of the best, but seriously diff between lvl 3-5 stomp is?... same range and damage ;x

the diff is more damage and further knock back.

IMO stomp 3 and crushing blow 2 but depends on ur style...

Nah.
I would go for all out damage at L. 12 Bears.
You could do 4 Stomp and 1 SMS for mega knock back though.
Mega Knockback is not a real combo, just hitting Stomp and SMS in quick succession to make the opposing player go farther.
