lvl 45 pally equipments?

what should i use for lvl 45 pally equipments? any ideas friends? should i use the thoth or the osiris set? cause the osiris set gives more armor than the thoth one if im not mistaken but most people told me that i should use the thoth set. how bout the weapon as well? thx guys :)
