Ok, so I'm going to be opening some locks soon (ren). I need to know what lvl to open them on, I know that they give u gear for your lvl (or at least the old ones did). So should I open on my lvl 46 main, lvl 36, or my lvl 15 twink? Thanks guys!

Whatever toon you select, use the same one for all that you open. You will accumulate crate tokens when in turn can be used to purchase items from the vendor in Garetta such as shard, fossil, belt, armor, toor...
