Garreta second daily

I have completed all the maps in garreta and all the quests there but I still haven't unlocked the second daily is it a bug or is their something I haven't done. All help will be appreciated

If you are talking about the "kill 3 bosses for 8 orc tags" I just leveled up an alt and I am not getting this daily either. The gems daily is working fine however.

I figured out my problem. This Alt had to run through Yrda Forrest and complete a quest string that includes the Gnome and killing all three bosses in order. After I completed the quest string I got the Daily.

I guess I over looked this capping my Third Character but all good now. I hope this helps.
