where is "My Case" button ??

as the title says.. cant see "my case" button
i have login to support spacetime.
and where is my cases ??? i have about 20 or more cases since a year ago..
and now, how can i see Sent case or Sts reply my case ???

Still not helpful, I have the same problem and I can't rely on this link everytime I want to check my cases.
