Arcane Legends stopped...

Hello guys, arcane legends lately, has stuck in my computudor, I do not know the cause of the problem but I sought several solutions:
Open the old_chrome
I cleaned the cache and cookies
Activated and deactivated some features like WEBGL, FLASHPLAYER, DIRECT2d in chrome://flags/ And nothing.

Could someone give me the solution for the problem, or even take a print of your chrome://flags/
