Posting gold amount in auction!

Hi guys! This idead just cam up in my head. What if we can buy things the opposite way what we're doing auction? Sound cool ryt? Ok so here's my idea...

Player 1: Put 1.7m in auction and listed to be interested for toor's egg (toor is just an example).
Player 2: (this guy is selling his toor egg and he want a 1.7m for his egg)so this guy saw the 1.7m listed on auction and willing to trade for his toor egg, so then he click it and received the 1.7m money trade for his toor egg.
Player 1: (Collect his toor egg in auction) and player 1 is happy :D...

Note:
*The one who's going to list the gols should pay a little amount too.
*This is like a safe trade for many people
*Time for day and night will not bother us anymore looking for someone who's selling (this item) what you want to buy.

Other MMOs with higher bandwidth and player base implement a system like this. Unfortunately, from a business resource standpoint, I don't see STS ever doing this in the future.
