I think there is none. U need a lepre for good loots

You can farm tindrin maps for fury, finesse, and mind jewels. Need to be 41 to farm rengol maps for chaos jewels. No leprechaun pendant needed for tindrin or rengol maps.

You don't need a leprechaun pendant to succeed in this game. I hate the things, personally.

A lot of the best loot does not require a lep (teeth, vials, fangs, runes, and insignias).

Teeth, insignias, fangs, and runes don't reroll. Your odds of getting them do not increase by wearing a lep.

You can reroll into a vial in planar tombs, which can drop from mobs. I've only had it happen once though.
